How to Use

• Freezing the Migraine Mask:
• Keep the mask inside of the supplied bag and freeze for a minimum of two hours
• Once cold, remove from the bag and slip on the affected area
• The CopperFreeze mask can be stored in the freezer until later use
• Always remove your CopperFreeze mask before defrosting the freezer
• Heating the Migraine Mask:
• Remove the mask from the supplied bag, microwave for 30 seconds, and test for comfort
• If the mask is not hot enough, reheat for an additional 10 seconds
• Do not heat for more than 60 seconds—the mask should be warm, not hot

Care Instructions

• Use damp cloth to wipe down. Do not wash, bleach, dry clean, or iron
• Lay flat to air dry
• Keep in the resealable bag for storage when not in use
