How to Use

• Charging your devices:
  • Connect your device to the output port using compatible cable
  • Charging starts automatically
  • Monitor charging status via the display
• Using the flashlight:
  • Press and hold the flashlight button to turn it on
  • Press again to cycle through modes
  • Hold again to turn off
• How to jump-start your car with BoostHero:
  • Before you start:
    • Make sure the BoostHero is charged above 75%
    • Remove the jump starter clamps from the carrying pouch
  • Turn off your car and remove keys from the ignition
  • Connect the jump starter cable
  • Plug the jumper cable into the BOOST port on the BoostHero power bank
  • Attach the clamps to the car battery:
    • Red clamp to the positive (+) terminal
    • Black clamp to the negative (–) terminal
  • Check the indicator light on the cable box:
    • Solid green light: Ready to jump-start
    • Flashing green/red or red light: Incorrect connection or error (recheck clamps)
  • Once the green light is solid, start your engine
  • Disconnect the clamps:
    • Remove the clamps immediately after the engine starts
    • First black, then red
    • Unplug the jump cable from the BoostHero
  • If the car doesn’t start:
    • Wait 30 seconds and try again
    • Do not attempt more than three times in a row. Allow the unit to cool down if needed
  • Important safety tips:
    • Never touch the clamps together
    • Make sure the clamps are securely attached—firm, clean connections are key
    • Don’t use in the rain or on damaged batteries

Care Instructions

• Do not expose the device to moisture or submerge it in water
• Avoid using the BoostHero in explosive environments or near flammable liquids and gases
• Do not disassemble or modify any part of the BoostHero or its accessories
• Keep the device out of reach of children and pets to prevent injury or misuse
• Charge only with the specified charger and cables provided by the manufacturer
• If the device becomes excessively hot, smokes, or emits a strange odor, stop use immediately and contact support
• Do not short-circuit the battery terminals or connect them to external conductive materials
• Dispose of the device properly in accordance with local electronics recycling regulations
• Only use the jump-start function on compatible 12V vehicles and follow jump-starting procedures exactly
• Store the unit in a cool, dry environment away from direct sunlight or extreme temperatures
