How to Use

  • Cools at room temperature of at least 75° F—no refrigeration necessary!
  • At night time, rest your bare skin on the Cool Sleep Pad as you ease into sleep. Keep it bedside for whenever night sweats strike or hot flashes disrupt your dreams
  • During the day, keep your pad handy to beat the heat and hot flashes. Sit or lay on the pad or place it on your chest to shut down your sweats and relieve pain, tension, or anxiety
  • After use, set the pad aside at room temperature. It naturally re-cools within an hour
