Gel: Water, glycerin, acrylamide, methylene bisacrylamide, acrylic acid

How to Use

Keep the cap in the provided clear plastic freezer bag (or use your own) and place in the freezer for at least two hours
After two hours, remove the cap from the freezer and test its temperature. If it is too cold to comfortably place on your head, let it sit out until it reaches your desired temperature
Once it is at your desired temperature, place the cap on your head
Cap is intended to be worn comfortably over your head and eyes. It can also be worn above the eyes
Cap should not be too tight. If it is too tight, discontinue use
Do not overstretch

Care Instructions

Wipe with a damp towel to clean
Do not submerge in water. If the product gets too wet, allow it to air dry before placing it in the freezer or on your head
