How to Use

• Hot therapy:
• Warm the pad in the microwave for 90 seconds while monitoring the temperature for desired heat. Prevent overheating by ensuring not to exceed 2 minutes per session
• Allow the pad to cool down entirely before reheating
• Before applying it to the body, check for any hot spots
• Cold therapy: If you prefer cold therapy for injuries, bruises, or swelling, just place in the freezer prior to use

Care Instructions

Spot clean with damp cloth only. Do not submerge in water as this will ruin the integrity of the filling
