How to Use
- Hot therapy: Microwave for 1.5–2 minutes, checking for desired warmth. Always test temperature before placing on the skin
- Cold therapy: Place in a sealed bag in the freezer for at least 1 hour before use for cooling relief
Care Instructions
- Removable linen cover: Machine wash cold on a gentle cycle. Air dry or tumble dry low
- Inner therapy pack:
- Spot clean only. Do not submerge in water, as the natural fillings may be damaged
- Store in a cool, dry place when not in use or in freezer in a sealed bag
- Keep away from moisture to preserve the integrity of the organic flaxseed
