How to Use

• Start wearing for 20 to 30-minute increments. Gradually increase usage as it becomes more comfortable. Do not wear for more than 6 consecutive hours per day
• Changing and creating new habits, even good ones, can initially cause mild discomfort. That goes for changing your posture too. Be gentle with yourself and give your body the time it needs to adjust and shift into better alignment

Care Instructions
