How to Use

Set up the walking pad:
- Place the walking pad on a flat, sturdy floor
- Plug the power cord into the power jack on the side of the walking pad next to the power switch
Set up the remote:
- Remove the CR2032 battery from the bag
- Open the battery compartment cover using a small coin or your fingernail to twist it counterclockwise
- Place the battery into the battery compartment, under the clip. The positive side should face you
- Replace the battery compartment cover. Using the coin, twist it shut
Power on the walking pad:
- Plug the power cord into a grounded electrical outlet
- Flip the power switch on the front to the ON position
- The display will light up and all values will be set to zero
Get on the walking pad:

Stand with your feet on the foot rails, one foot on either side of the running belt
Press the Start button on the remote control. Wait for the countdown
As the walking pad begins to move, begin walking along the running belt

Stop the walking pad:
- Press the Stop button on the remote control to stop the running belt
- Wait until the walking pad has come to a complete stop before getting off
Power off the walking pad:
- Once the walking pad is stopped, flip the power switch to the OFF position
- Unplug the power cord

Care Instructions

Use a slightly damp cloth to wipe any dirt or moisture from the walking pad after each use. You may use a small amount of mild soap or detergent, as needed. Dry the cleaned areas thoroughly
Do not use abrasive, corrosive, solvent, or chemical cleaners or harsh detergents to clean the walking pad
Inspect for visible damage before use. Do not use if damaged or malfunctioning
Only use with the original parts and accessories provided by the manufacturer
Never open the motor hood unless instructed to do so by an authorized service representative. Other than performing the procedures in the user manual, servicing should be performed by an authorized service representative only
